So, we go in at 12:00 for the sonogram and we did not get out until 12:45. This child inside me was not cooperating. We saw the heart beating, the legs and arms waving, and fingers and toes. However, when we tried to see "what" our baby is, the little booger decided to be modest. We had a great view of the booty and the legs were crossed at the ankles with the knees buckled together. After rolling me around to try to get the baby to move, we were able to get a shot with the legs slightly opened (again with the booty facing us). The technician showed us three white spots that represent the pelvic bone. She said normally, on a little boy, we would see the sac and the penis would be about halfway down the thigh. We saw nothing. The technician is 75% sure that we have a baby girl on the way.

Congrats! I guess girl, no science here, just the fact that you were carrying so much higher than I was with my boys! I can show you pictures of Josh that showed he was a boy, if you didn't see anything...then there is nothing there. Josh was really obvious! it looked like a turtle with his head sticking out b/w his legs. :)
